The Board of Management of Vinaship Joint Stock Company (Stock symbol: VNA) would like to invite the Shareholders to attend the 2021 Annual General Shareholder Meeting with details as below:

1. Time and Venue:

– Time: 08:00 am, Friday, April 23^rd  2021

– Venue: Meeting room in 2^nd floor, No 5 Ly Tu Trong Street, Hai Phong

2. Main Agenda:

– Report of  BOD, BOS,BOM, on operation of fiscal year 2020;

– Audited financial statement of fiscal year 2020;

– Amendment of charter

– Electing additional member of the Board of Directors

– Other (if any)

3. Others:

3.1. Attendants: All Shareholders of Vinaship Joint Stock Company registered in the final list of VietNam Securities Depository on March 15^th 2021

3.2. The procedure of participation: In order to organize the meeting successfully and thoughtfully, please kindly carry out the procedure of registration (directly attendance or authorized attendance, submit the candidate profile for BOD member) with the organization department before 16:00 on April 20^th 2021 as follows: pls contact with 0225.3841034/send email or fax the power of attorney under Vinaship’ form to us by fax 0225.3842271/ send to email address: sandp@vinaship.com.vn.

3.3. The shareholders (or the authorized representatives) have to present ID card/passport, invitation letter, the original power of attorney when attending the meeting (LINK TO DOWNLOAD THE POWER OF ATTORNEY FORM)

3.4. All relevant documents of 2021 Annual General Shareholder Meeting (meeting agenda; report of  BOD, BOS,BOM; the candidate form for BOD member and congress regulations, election regulations and other related documents) will be uploaded on “Shareholders Announcement” on website: www.vinaship.com.vn

NOTE:

– Due to complicated developments in Covid-19, the schedule of 2021 Annual General Shareholder Meeting may adjust, so Vinaship respectfully request that the Shareholders regularly update any change of meeting on Vinaship website: www.vinaship.com.vn.

– We would like to recommend Shareholders who have such symptoms as cough, fever, shortness of breath, to authorize others to attend the meeting.
