Pursuant to Resolution No. 02/2025/NQ-ĐHĐCĐ of the BOD dated 25 April 2025, on 30 September 2025 Vinaship Joint Stock Company signed MOA to purchase Bright Hope, 28.201 DWT, built in 2010 in Japan,
On 05 November 2025, the Company took delivery of the vessel in Japan. Upon delivery, the vessel is renamed to Vinaship Harmony.
